Meet Mehdi Sepahi

I was born in 1962 in Shiraz, Iran (The city of roses, wine and poetry). I came to America in 1978 and attended Sunny Slope High School in Phoenix Arizona.

After receiving my Bachelor of sciences in Physics, Astronomy and Mathematics from Northern Arizona University I attended University of Arizona in Tucson and received my Masters of Sciences in Physics on the spring of 1991. My Thesis work had to do with analyzing the structure of the Uranian ring system using Voyager 2 data from the January 24 th 1986 encounter.

In 1988 I met my lovely wife Heidi Lutz, the daughter of Glenn and Pat Lutz from Montrose Colorado. I have been visiting the western slope of the Rockies ever since and I have come to appreciate the majesty and beauty of this area.

In 1993 Heidi and I started an information technology firm in Tucson and we supported various clients in their computer network and internet presence.

In 2005 we moved to Montrose with our three young sons. What a beautiful place to raise children! We truly enjoy living here and being a part of this very special small town.

Moving to western Colorado was a dream come true for our family. Now I want to make it possible for others with such a dream to enjoy the beauty of this area and the warmth of its communities.

My hobbies are hiking, cooking, gardening, observing and listening to the sound of water and wind, and playing soccer. I have been coaching children and adult soccer teams for many years. I currently coach a 5th grade soccer team through the Montrose Recreation District.

My educational background makes me a good listener and quick learner. My business experience brings extensive knowledge, understanding and patience to complex negotiations. I will handle every step of your real estate transaction with the highest level of integrity and dedication.
